THE CHALLENGE

The growth of our customers is so fast and it makes us can’t handle every documents, archives, and input finance data related job anymore. We need your help to make every documents is always tidy, also make adjustment to the document’s content and deliver it on time when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizing documents related to hiring document, finance document, and customers document.
  • Work closely with the sales team to make MOU documents for customers.
  • Input daily transactions related to accounting/finance/tax (no worries if you don’t know about accounting because you’ll get some training before)
  • Create a reporting every week.
  • Improving the flow of job to become more efficient

QUALIFICATION

  • Solid understanding of how to use Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in Accounting/Finance/Tax before is a plus.
  • A doers.
  • Passion to learn and to teach/mentor others.
