THE CHALLENGE

Your main challenge is how to make sure every customer in our Sekolah Digital Cilsy product ecosystem (Instructor, Student, Alumni) treated so well and deeply cared, so they feel being special. Explore your wildest idea & program such as CRM style (best student of the month, etc), giving birthday card, thank you card, etc. You will join in our Sekolah Digital Cilsy product team, coordinating with other team such as feedback team, marketing team, and career support team so you can create & execute best program for them.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and execute various programs to enhance the experience of all customer components of the Digital Cilsy School product (for instructors, alumni, and students).
• Manage, monitor, and ensure all aspects of the program being executed successfully. The programs that are made can be in the form of: Publication awards for users to social media, holding webinars to increase user satisfaction, holding dinners with instructors, sending thank you cards to users, etc.
• Work with feedback, marketing and product teams to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the programs that have been implemented.
• Make monthly reporting related to the effectiveness of the programs that have been implemented.

QUALIFICATION

• Interactive communicator.
• Love to make connection with people.
• Highly fast pro-active person, not slow reactive person.
• Understand how to using Social Media.
• Understand how to using Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate in a team environment
• Able to multi-task with careful attention to detail.
• Have Bachelor Degree in Public Relation/Communication is more preferred.
• Have experience in project managing or public relation related job is more preferred.
• Attractive appearance, woman preferred.
