THE CHALLENGE

The mission is to drive paid qualified traffic to our web platform and help generate conversions (new leads, sales, engagement) to grow our customer base. You will collaborate deeply with our Customer Success Officer who handles every lead that comes from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute digital marketing campaigns using paid digital channels (mainly Facebook/Instagram Ads & Google Ads).
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Analyse and optimise user funnels, tracking, audience targeting.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Work and liaise with internal designers and web team to deliver effective campaigns in due time.
• Database/ email campaigns management is a plus.
• Great copywriter is a plus.

QUALIFICATION

• You’re a doer and a thinker. Both is mandatory.
• Proven portfolio experience in executing digital advertising (mainly Facebook/Instagram Ads & Google Ads). From campaign set up to optimisation.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying/ creating target audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking (Excel skills mandatory).
• Experience in managing marketing project on time and on schedule.
• Preferred Skills : Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, experience with A/B experiments.
• Plus skills : Copywriting, Email Marketing.
• Fast learner
