THE CHALLENGE

Product Engineer are the one who will research and designing concept of new products, maintaining them, and also the one who will deliver it to customer. Whether you will teach as an instructor, do some consultant projects, researching new skills that are most needed by market, creating curriculums, creating books and online courses, even become a project manager, or a creator of a new products. This is a combination of engineering skills with product designing skills. Combination of hard skills like Linux, DevOps, Coding, IoT and product management skills like creating project timeline, making sure project on budget, concepting new ideas into product-ready to market.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Always keep abreast of new trends in Engineering then researching, understanding, and learning these new skills.
• Designing comprehensive and best quality curriculum about the skills that you’ve learned so customer can understand it faster and better.
• Teaching in online webinars, inhouse training, online course, or recording videos for providing best quality content for customers. Based on curriculum you’ve designed.
• You will do consultant project like designing, installing, configuring Linux Servers, Mikrotik, Proxmox, Zimbra.
• Designing new ideas of products or services, experimenting it, and maintaining it. Developing new skills like DevOps, design the curriculum, improving and connecting other vendors and instructor, then finally creating new brand product such as Sekolah DevOps Cilsy.
• Working side by side with others department like technical support, designer, and content creator.

QUALIFICATION

• Have deep understanding about fundamental of networking/programming/IoT
• Have experience and understanding one of this skills Linux/Mikrotik/DevOps/Docker/Cloud/IoT/Coding.
• Have engineering related bachelor degrees or vocational high school degrees.
• If you love to hard skills works like coding, engineering, researching, but you also love sharing, teaching, managing something, making project on schedule and on budget, this career is for you.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate in a team environment
• Able to multi-task with careful attention to detail.
• Able to work under tight timeline.
